site is organized into sections for machining, welding, assembly, electrical installation, and hydraulics. This is where components for shot-blasting and sandblasting machines are formed, chambers are assembled, and press brakes and auxiliary equipment are put together.

Every machine undergoes a stage of pre-commissioning and testing before shipment to the customer. This helps to reduce on-site commissioning time and identify issues related to the specific order configuration in advance.

Production is focused on both standard models and products based on individual technical specifications: non-standard chamber dimensions, special performance requirements, and integration into existing shop transport systems.

We manufacture: pass-through, overhead, and drum-type shot-blasting equipment with a rotary table; manual and automatic sandblasting chambers; electro-hydraulic press brakes; and, upon request, painting and drying chambers and comprehensive surface preparation lines.

Having our own production base provides flexibility in terms of lead times and full quality control of the assembly — from the arrival of components to the finished machine ready for installation at the customer's facility.

ChZPM builds long-term relationships with leading factories in Europe and China specializing in shot blasting, sandblasting, and metalworking equipment. This ensures access to proven technologies and stable supply chains.

The partner network allows us to quickly solve tasks that go beyond the standard catalog: non-standard turbines, filtration systems, automation, and special options for chambers and transport systems.

For the customer, we remain a single point of responsibility. External suppliers, our own production facilities, installation teams, and service are integrated into a single project framework — from the initial request to commissioning the line.

.We practice joint work with design institutes and enterprise technologists: we adapt solutions to real production cycles, shift patterns, requirements for surface cleaning levels, and subsequent operations — painting, coating application, and welding.

After delivery, we ensure the availability of spare parts, consumables, and scheduled maintenance. If necessary, we travel to modernize existing installations — replacing outdated components, increasing productivity, and transitioning to more environmentally friendly dust collection systems.

The company's main branch is in Chelyabinsk. This is where the office, engineering center, and production complex are located at 7k/1 Valdayskaya St. Deliveries, installation, and service throughout Russia are coordinated from Chelyabinsk.

The project geography covers the Urals, the Volga region, Siberia, the North-West, and the Far East. ChZPM equipment operates at metallurgical plants, machine-building factories, metal structure enterprises, shipyards, and in the construction industry.

/ For remote sites, we organize the logistics of large-sized components, the deployment of commissioning teams, and remote support. A typical project includes delivery, on-site installation, comprehensive commissioning, and training of operating personnel.

Our accumulated experience in installation under various climatic and production conditions allows us to account for site specifics in advance, such as: temperature regimes, workshop loading, noise and dust collection requirements, and integration with existing conveyors and crane systems.
