The electric motor is attached to the housing via a flange; the housing is lined on the inside with wear‑resistant plates. The housing prevents the abrasive from escaping into the surrounding space. The housing has a cover on top, which provides access to the impeller and the protection for inspection and maintenance. Eight radially arranged blades 8 are inserted into the impeller; they are designed to impart the required speed to the abrasive for processing. The impeller is bolted to the hub mounted on the electric motor shaft. An impeller is installed along the axis of the impeller; it imparts the initial speed to the abrasive. The end of the hub is protected by a reflective ring. The feeder is used to supply abrasive to the device and is attached to the housing using strips.
