FVU-19800cartridge filters with pulse-jet cleaning are designed for highly efficient air purification from fine dry non-sticky dust, solid aerosols, and other industrial air contaminants. The equipment provides stable air purification performance in various industrial processes associated with dust generation.
The filters are designed to operate with dust concentrations in the purified air up to 10 g/m³. Cylindrical filter cartridges with a large filtration surface area are used as filter elements, ensuring efficient capture of fine dust particles. Contaminated air enters the filter chamber, where dust particles are retained on the outer surface of the cartridges. The purified air is then discharged into the ventilation system or can be reused.
To maintain high performance and extend the service life of the filter elements, the system is equipped with an automatic regeneration system. Cartridge cleaning is performed by compressed-air pulses in the direction opposite to the main airflow. The compressed air pressure in the supply line must be 5–6 bar, with a pulse duration of 0.2–0.5 s.
During the regeneration process, accumulated dust is removed from the cartridge surface, falls into the hopper, and is discharged from the filter through the dust removal system. This operating principle helps maintain stable filter resistance, reduce maintenance costs, and ensure continuous equipment operation without frequent shutdowns.
FVU-4400 filters are used in industrial facilities for air purification during plasma and laser metal cutting, sandblasting and shot blasting, grinding of metal products, plastics and wood materials, as well as other technological processes generating dry fine dust.
The filter design ensures convenient maintenance, reliable operation of the cleaning system, and a long service life of filter cartridges. Automatic regeneration control allows the cleaning mode to be adjusted according to the actual load and operating conditions.
After filtration, the purified air can be used for recirculation inside the production facility. This reduces heat losses during the heating season, decreases operating costs, and improves the energy efficiency of the ventilation system.
