CHZPM-40 Mobile Shot Blasting System
CHZPM-40 is a ready-to-use mobile closed-loop system for shot blasting metal products, installed inside a standard 40-foot container. This design makes it possible to organize a complete abrasive blasting area without constructing a separate stationary blasting chamber.
The internal surfaces of the working area are protected with wear-resistant rubber lining, which reduces abrasive impact on the container structure and extends its service life.
System Application
CHZPM-40 is designed to remove rust, scale, contaminants, and old paint coatings from metal products. After blasting, the surface is prepared for subsequent painting, priming, and the application of protective or anti-corrosion coatings.
The containerized design is especially convenient for companies that require a compact, ready-to-operate shot blasting area that can be installed directly at the production site.
Closed-Loop Operation
The system is equipped with an automatic abrasive collection and recovery system. After use, the abrasive is collected, cleaned of contaminants, and returned to the operating cycle, reducing abrasive consumption and simplifying equipment maintenance.
The filtration system removes dust generated during the blasting process and maintains the required working conditions inside the blasting area.
