The drum-type shot blasting machine with a belt conveyor is designed for high-performance cleaning of small and medium-sized metal parts, castings, forgings, and other workpieces from rust, scale, carbon deposits, and process contaminants. During processing, the workpieces are continuously moved and tumbled on a wear-resistant endless belt, allowing the steel shot stream to act uniformly on all surfaces of the parts. Shot blasting turbines provide intensive cleaning, while the abrasive collection, separation, and recirculation system enables repeated use of the shot in a closed cycle. The equipment is suitable for batch and mass production and is used for surface preparation before painting, application of protective coatings, and subsequent technological operations.
