Hook-type shot blasting machine is designed for high-performance cleaning of metal parts, welded structures, castings, forgings, and other complex-shaped workpieces from rust, mill scale, carbon deposits, and process contaminants.

During processing, workpieces are suspended on a hook or suspension system and moved into the blasting chamber. The parts can rotate during the blasting cycle, allowing the high-velocity stream of steel shot to clean external surfaces and hard-to-reach areas evenly. The abrasive collection, separation, and recovery system enables reusable shot to circulate repeatedly in a closed working cycle.

The equipment is suitable for serial and mass production and is used for surface preparation before painting, application of anti-corrosion and protective coatings, as well as before subsequent technological operations.
