Shot blasting machine for pipe cleaning is designed for high-performance treatment of the external surfaces of metal pipes, removing rust, mill scale, corrosion products, and other process contaminants.

During processing, the pipe moves continuously through the blasting chamber, where its surface is exposed to a high-velocity stream of steel shot. The arrangement of the blast turbines provides uniform cleaning around the entire circumference of the pipe, while the abrasive collection, separation, and recovery system allows reusable shot to circulate repeatedly in a closed working cycle.

The equipment is suitable for serial and mass production and is used to prepare pipe surfaces before painting, application of anti-corrosion and protective coatings, as well as further technological operations.
