The DBT tumble blast machine is designed for batch abrasive cleaning of the surfaces of metal parts, castings, forgings, stamped products, and other workpieces to remove scale, corrosion products, molding sand, and process contaminants. The workpieces are cleaned while being continuously mixed and tumbled on the belt conveyor inside the blasting chamber under the action of a high-velocity stream of abrasive media generated by the blast wheels.
